I used to actually enjoy things. Movies, music, going out, long drives. I looked forward to stuff. Now I don't really look forward to anything and I'm not totally sure when that changed. It's not depression exactly. It's more like everything just got flat. You start a show and quit it halfway through. Music you used to love doesn't really do anything anymore. Going out costs too much and you come home feeling worse than when you left. So you just stay in and scroll. Not because it's good. Just because it fills the time. And the time keeps going. Days blur together. Weeks disappear. You look up and it's been months and you can't really point to anything that happened. I think a lot of people feel this and don't know what to call it. This one's for them. In this video: 0:00 – When nothing feels worth starting 1:30 – Entertainment is dead 3:30 – Music stopped hitting 5:15 – Going out stopped making sense 7:00 – Time feels broken 8:30 – Scrolling to fill the void When did you notice it for yourself?
