I want dating apps to die. Not because I got burned by one bad match — because I think they broke something that isn't fixing itself anytime soon. I used them. I burned out on them like a lot of guys did. They're not built to get you off the app — they're built to keep you swiping. That's not dating, that's a slot machine with a face on it. Here's what nobody's saying out loud: men are checking out of dating and women aren't doing it at the same rate. And it's not just the apps — people aren't even talking to each other in public anymore. This isn't a phase. This is a real split, and it's not resetting in a year or two. Try decades.
