Customer service is dead and I don't think anyone's surprised by that anymore. Every company says the same thing when you call. "Higher than average call volume." That's not higher than average. That's just what they expect from you now, every single time. A phone call costs them real money. You waiting on hold or stuck on their website costs them almost nothing. That's not an accident.
