What if the legendary WWII battleship Bismarck returned—not to the Atlantic, but as an Imperial Navy warship in the 41st Millennium? BISMARCK II — THE BATTLESHIP REBORN In the distant Imperium, the Vetustissimus Rectus Subsector follows an ancient doctrine known as Mundus Vetustissimus Rectus: the belief that the proven war machines of ancient Terra should not be discarded, but preserved, enlarged and returned to battle. Bismarck II is one of its greatest creations. Inspired by the historic German battleship Bismarck, this original Warhammer 40K-inspired military metal track reimagines the famous battleship as a colossal Imperial Navy voidship. The old naval traditions remain. Anton. Bruno. Two great twin-gun turrets descended from the layout of the original battleship—reborn at the scale of void warfare. Then the Orks arrive. An enormous Ork armada ambushes Bismarck II. Void shields collapse. Ramships tear into its armored hull. Boarding parties breach the ship while the great forward turrets Anton and Bruno answer the attack. But the Ork flagship keeps closing. The order is given. RAM THE FLAGSHIP! Bismarck II drives its reinforced prow into the enemy vessel, tears through its armor and brings its guns to bear at point-blank range. FOR THE EMPEROR! This is a fictional science-fiction reimagining inspired by the historic battleship Bismarck, WWII naval warfare, battleship engineering, naval combat and the gothic void warfare of Warhammer 40,000. Musically, BISMARCK II combines military power metal, industrial metal, enormous naval drums, mechanical engine pulses and cinematic battle sound design. For fans of Warhammer 40K, Imperial Navy battles, military history, battleships, naval engineering, World of Warships, War Thunder naval combat, warship documentaries, model building and heavy military music.
