What if you could rewind time just to make the insult hit harder? REWIND! is Orikan's answer to Solar Void's Why So Salty? — a viciously funny sci-fi battle rap about two immortal rivals who have been annoying each other for longer than most civilizations have existed. Last time, Trazyn had his say. Now Orikan gets the mic. And unfortunately for Trazyn, the Diviner can manipulate time. REWIND! One immortal genius has spent aeons collecting the greatest treasures in the galaxy. The other has decided to examine his personality like a defective laboratory specimen. Every boast becomes evidence. Every embarrassing decision gets revisited. Every insult becomes more personal. And whenever Orikan thinks he could have delivered a line better? REWIND! Try again. Harder this time. At its core, REWIND! is a comedy battle rap about an ancient rivalry, enormous egos, stolen glory, obsessive collecting, old grudges and the terrible consequences of giving an extremely petty genius access to time travel. You do not need the lore to understand the argument: Two old rivals. Neither can let anything go. Both think they are obviously the clever one. Only one of them can literally rewind the conversation. Musically, REWIND! runs on classic 96 BPM boom-bap hip-hop with heavy bass, dark electronic synths, robotic vocals, vocoder effects, sharp punchlines and time-warping glitches that repeatedly drag the track backwards before the next attack. For fans of battle rap, comedy rap, nerdcore, geek rap, sci-fi hip-hop, dark humor, villain songs, robotic voices, time-travel stories and musical rivalries where everyone involved should probably have moved on several thousand years ago. THE WARHAMMER STORY REWIND! is inspired by the legendary rivalry between Orikan the Diviner and Trazyn the Infinite, two ancient Necrons from Warhammer 40,000. Trazyn is the obsessive collector. Orikan is the chronomancer, astrologer and prophet whose command of time allows him to manipulate events when reality fails to cooperate with his predictions. Their rivalry stretches across ages, filled with sabotage, arguments, stolen artefacts, wounded pride and increasingly elaborate attempts to prove who is superior. Fans may know them from Robert Rath's The Infinite and the Divine and its 2026 sequel, The Wicked and the Warped. This song is Solar Void's answer to Why So Salty? Trazyn spoke first. Orikan brought receipts. And a rewind button. #BattleRap #Necrons #Warhammer40KFan-made Warhammer 40K inspired music.
