You killed my friend. Now get up. KHÂRNAGE is a brutal industrial techno track about revenge, rage, and a fight that stopped being competitive almost immediately. One man thinks he can talk his way out. The other has absolutely no intention of letting him. Every time he falls, the same command follows. GET UP. This is not really a duel anymore. It is punishment with a rhythm section. KHÂRNAGE combines industrial techno, hard techno, dark psytrance, crushing electronic bass, predatory synths, ritual drums, distorted vocals and time-stopping drops into a relentless dark-rave track built for movement. Heavy workouts. Night driving. Gaming. Dark clubs. Boss fights. Bad moods requiring unreasonable amounts of bass. The rhythm keeps moving because Khârn does. THE WARHAMMER STORY KHÂRNAGE is inspired by one of the most infamous confrontations of the Horus Heresy: Khârn of the World Eaters against Erebus of the Word Bearers. Erebus had engineered the death of Argel Tal — Khârn's friend and one of the few warriors capable of reaching him as something more than another weapon. Khârn eventually learns the truth. On board the Conqueror, he challenges Erebus in the fighting pits. Sanguis Extremis. No restraint. No surrender. No expectation of mercy. Erebus accepts. This proves to be an error. What follows is less a contest than a methodical demonstration of exactly how angry Khârn has become. Every time Erebus hits the ground, Khârn makes him stand again. GET UP. The scene comes from Aaron Dembski-Bowden's Betrayer and remains one of the most satisfying moments in the long and deeply deserved history of people wanting to hit Erebus. For fans of Khârn, World Eaters, Horus Heresy, Argel Tal, Erebus and Warhammer 40K — but also for listeners looking for industrial techno, hard techno, dark rave music, aggressive electronic music, dark psytrance, gym music and relentless high-energy tracks. Because sometimes revenge is not about winning. Sometimes you want them conscious for the next round.
