Felix has found a weird looking horn. Somehow, it seems to work for him. Gotrek appears to approve. Gotrek Gurnisson is a dwarf sworn to seek an honourable death in battle to atone for his shame. He finds the biggest, nastiest things he can and gives them every opportunity. Unfortunately for everyone involved, he keeps winning. Beside him travels Felix Jaeger, the human poet and swordsman who swore to record Gotrek’s heroic death. What should have been an ending has become a very long writing assignment. Gotrek’s stubborn survival eventually extends to outliving the world itself. Until something finally manages to finish the job, there are monsters to fight, drinks to order, and apparently a strange horn to accompany the proceedings. If death’s so great, send him to me.
