La La La La Lamenters is a cheerful 60s/70s-inspired Warhammer 40K pop-rock song about the Lamenters — the famously unlucky yellow Space Marine Chapter descended from the Blood Angels. If you know the Lamenters from the Badab War, the Cursed Founding, Blood Angels lore, or their armour in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, this one is for you. So we’ve come to the bad luck boys— Sorry. The Lamenters. The cheerful yellow Space Marines who finally get some reinforcements, see a bull on the horizon, paint the checks perfectly and somehow still end up having to do it all again. But this isn’t bad luck. Obviously. The Emperor is simply testing them. Constantly. Extensively. Possibly more than anyone else. They are his most tested boys. But he still loves them. We all do. Bright melodies, bouncing retro pop-rock, yellow armour, black-and-white checks, terrible circumstances and absolutely no reason to stop smiling. Put it on while you’re painting Space Marines, building a Lamenters army, kitbashing miniatures, playing Warhammer 40K, running a campaign, driving, working out, doing the yard work, or simply wondering what these poor bastards did to deserve all this. For those we cherish, we die in glory. Probably. #Warhammer40K #Lamenters #WarhammerMusic Fan-made Warhammer 40K inspired music.
