You already have fifty. But this one's a slightly different shade of blue. **The Collector** is a joyful, theatrical rock drinking song for everyone who has ever fallen in love with something they absolutely, positively did not need. Miniatures, trading cards, vintage games, rare collectibles, limited editions — whatever you collect, you know the feeling. **I REALLY NEED THIS!** Welcome to the private collection of Trazyn the Infinite, the galaxy's most enthusiastic curator! **THE STORY — A WAGER ON ANCIENT TERRA** Long before the Imperium of Man, two ancient Necrons found themselves arguing over the historical significance of humanity. Orikan the Diviner considered the young species hopelessly primitive. Trazyn, however, insisted that every civilization, no matter how insignificant, would eventually produce something worth preserving. To settle the matter, they travelled back through time to observe Terra during humanity's technological infancy. Orikan proposed a wager: Trazyn would spend one entire Terran day observing the humans without adding a single object to his collection. Trazyn accepted immediately. A scholar of his extraordinary refinement was perfectly capable of observing history without interfering. Then he discovered the Nokia. A magnificent blue specimen. Orikan pointed out that Trazyn already possessed fifty examples of the same device. Trazyn examined his latest discovery. "Identical? My dear Orikan, look at the blue." Orikan won the wager. Trazyn acquired his fifty-first Nokia. Both considered the excursion a tremendous success. And somewhere deep within the galleries of Solemnace, an ancient Necron continues to explain why collecting is not about possession, but the noble preservation of history. After all, who better to preserve the treasures of a civilization than someone who intends to outlive it? **FOR EVERYONE WHO COLLECTS JUST ONE MORE** Whether you're a dedicated collector, a hobbyist, a miniature painter, or someone whose shelves ran out of space years ago, this song is for you.
