He loves Imperial Agents, Hive Scum, ridiculous characters and the people in the Imperium who probably should not be trusted with an important assignment. When he asked for a song, there seemed to be only one reasonable response: Give him his own little Imperial disaster. So meet Skoop “Sidequest” Villum... He interrupts you because he already knows what you’re going to say. Sometimes he actually does. Mostly, he absolutely does not. He goes to fetch one thing and returns with another. He starts before the instructions are finished. He forgets what he was supposed to bring. He looks for the thing that is currently in his hand. He knows. Yes. He is probably the problem. Then the shooting starts. Suddenly every moving part makes sense. This is a comedic heavy rap about an Imperial Agent infamous for hyperfocus, impulsivity, forgetting everything important, getting distracted by everything unimportant — and that strange moment when the situation becomes sufficiently chaotic that the brain finally decides: Got it. Whether Skoop is technically an Imperial Agent, Hive Scum, an underhive operative, or simply somebody whose paperwork was filed incorrectly is best left to the Administratum.
