Painting Fences with Bob & Gav is 50 minutes of slow chain-gang blues, dark folk humming, low harmonica, heavy work-song rhythm, and Warhammer 40K-inspired miniature painting ambience. Bob and Gav are two enormous Ogryn labourers attempting the delicate art of miniature painting. Their assignment is simple: paint the fences, help the little painter, and avoid drinking the brush water. During the session, paint disappears, green mixes with red, everything becomes brown, glue attaches itself to Gav, tiny weapons fall to the floor, and freshly painted models remain suspiciously shiny. Bob and Gav may not understand every part of the hobby, but they work slowly, remain encouraging, and believe that painting many fences is clearly more impressive than finishing one complicated miniature.
