Over the last six months, my team and I have massively overhauled how I offer my work online. The new entry point is called SmartBody SmartMind (SBSM) Foundations, or simply Foundations for short. We've created a "build your own" SBSM experience that allows you to start smaller with no time pressure (purely self-study). You can also choose added online support with our new monthly membership option. We've also priced things to reflect these differences. The new Foundations starting point is already getting rave reviews from the small cohort that did this live with me back in June.
