Once I walked up Blackcomb Mountain (sister ski hill to the famous Whistler Mountain) to avoid paying the lift ticket fee with Steve (hot guy that was a friend of a ex-boyfriend, but I digress) ... and he kept saying to me: "Little sherpa steps Irene. Little sherpa steps." Meaning, just focus on the short steps and it'll be easy. We eventually make it to the Solar Coaster chair and we road (at the time I was snowboarding) all day long - free of charge! I share this silly 'young Irene' story to remind y'all that tiny steps, like what Hosannah (@littleannieinnerchild on IG) is sharing here, gets you to the top. But you can't stop half-way up - you MUST keep going (like she is!). For the full talk and to start on this "tiny step" but powerful "hill climb" to greater nervous system regulation, get inspired by her full story and then start SBSM Foundations. www.smartbodysmartmind.com
