This is a short video from my long form talk with SBSM (SmartBody SmartMind) alum, Hosannah @littleannieinnerchild (on IG) By doing this deeper new traumatology work, we are bringing up some of the biggest fears and scary moments of our lives that originally put us into survival mode (fight, flight, freeze, shutdown) - which means, we need to not only go slow and take our time, but we to be prepared and aware of how tough it might be. I do not share this to discourage, I share this in full honesty and truth. Humans have the capacity to handle a lot of bad stuff, which means we have the capacity to heal a lot of bad stuff.
