Welcome back to the Kinlaig Farm Estate Timelapse. With the rain finally gone, harvesting operations resume at full speed. We return to the oat field with a complete harvesting convoy consisting of a combine harvester, self-propelled baler, bale collection equipment, grain transport trailers, and support vehicles. By combining threshing and straw baling into a single workflow, we maximize efficiency and keep all machines working continuously. The harvested oats are an important part of our production network. Some of the crop is delivered to the fish feed plant, while the rest is transported for flour production, supplying multiple processing chains at the same time. After completing the oat harvest, we relocate the equipment to the soybean fields. Since soybeans don't require straw collection, the operation becomes simpler. The combine, a tractor with a transfer trailer, and a truck handle the harvest and transport logistics. The harvested soybeans are also directed into fish feed production, making them a critical crop for maintaining output. As production ramps up, we encounter a new problem: our storage facilities are completely full. When the receiving hopper reaches capacity, we have nowhere left to unload the remaining harvest. To solve the issue, we immediately invest in expansion and construct a brand-new grain storage facility. The new warehouse is built on the site planned for the future machinery yard expansion, creating additional space for both crops and future development. With storage secured, harvesting can continue uninterrupted as we move on to the farthest wheat field and finish another stage of the harvest season.
