Welcome back to the Kinlaig Farm Estate Timelapse. We continue the red beet harvest started in the previous episode. The first field is already complete, so we relocate the harvester to a nearby second field and keep the operation running at full pace. As the harvest progresses, the receiving hopper at the canning factory steadily fills up, and the production of canned red beets continues without interruption. With machinery operating smoothly and the harvest nearing completion, we finish the final rows and load the last trailers of root crops for delivery. While working near the fields, we notice a group of buildings and investigate further. The land is available for purchase and includes a cowshed, several outbuildings, and a storage facility. Seeing an opportunity for expansion, we acquire the entire plot. To make immediate use of the new infrastructure, we purchase a herd of cows and move them into the newly acquired barn. After parking the combine harvester, we deliver the final batch of red beets to the canning factory, ensuring production remains supplied. Next, we support the livestock operation by loading balanced feed from our own feed mixing plant and delivering it to the new cowshed.
