Welcome back to the Kinlaig Farm Estate Timelapse. We continue the separate harvesting operation across multiple fields. The day begins with moving the self-propelled mower to another canola field, where we mow the crop into swaths in preparation for threshing. After that, we travel to the farthest field and leave a hired worker there to continue mowing operations independently. Meanwhile, we switch to threshing. The truck heads to the barley field where the combine harvester and a tractor with a transfer trailer are already positioned and ready to work. Since our newly acquired farm with storage facilities is located nearby, the harvested barley can be transported directly into storage with minimal travel time. While threshing the barley, the hired worker finishes mowing the canola field. We then organize the machinery into a convoy and relocate the entire harvesting team to begin threshing canola. Moving systematically from field to field, we complete the harvest of three separate canola fields, transporting the grain into storage and production chains. With the harvesting operation finished for the day, the combine returns to the parking area. Although evening has arrived, there is still time to continue working on logistics and product sales. A tractor with a flatbed trailer is prepared for transport tasks. Wool bales are loaded and delivered to the spinning mill, roof tiles are transported from the stonemason’s workshop to the point of sale, and finally we stop by the fish farm to collect and sell trays of freshly caught fish.
