We recently standardized our task tracking boards across the factory using laser-cut acrylic overlays that perfectly align every task card. The boards looked great, but after using them, we discovered one small usability issue. A simple change to the card access cutout made the system easier to use, easier to maintain, and more intuitive for everyone.
