Hey folks, here's an improvement that probably wasn't necessary. In our sewing sample room, we use dedicated bins to organize and protect customer prototypes while we develop and approve products. The system already worked well, but some bins didn't fit the existing shelves. Our team took offcuts of Kaizen foam that might otherwise have been discarded and made simple spacers behind the bins. Now everything sits neatly and consistently in place. This improvement won't transform our productivity or save us a fortune.
