Our ultrasonic hole punching machine produced hundreds of small punched-out pieces that fell directly onto the floor. After every production run, the operator had to spend time sweeping them up before starting the next job. Rather than accepting the extra cleanup, our team designed a simple magnetic collection bag that mounts underneath the machine. Now the scrap falls directly into the bag instead of onto the floor.
