Hey folks, here's how we made it much easier for our operators to change our tube-bending jigs. We use several heavy jigs for bending different trampoline frame models. Over the years, as we added more models, our original storage became crowded. Some jigs were double-stacked while others were stored close to the floor. Moving them was already a two-person job, but their location added unnecessary bending, handling and motion. We built a new rack that gives every jig its own dedicated location at a convenient working height, with clear access for both operators. The new configuration also allowed us to move the jigs closer to where they're actually used.
