Hey folks, here's a simple improvement that made a common task much more intuitive. Our CO₂ cylinders use manual valves that can become stiff during normal operation. When operators were working quickly, it was easy to momentarily turn the valve the wrong way, adding a few seconds of frustration before correcting it. Rather than relying on memory, we added a simple visual sticker showing the opening and closing directions. Now the correct action is obvious at a glance. Visual management isn't always about production boards or KPI charts.
