Battle Dartz (https://goba.life/pages/battle-dartz) is a new product for us, and we're assembling thousands of dartz every day. Originally, operators screwed each tail onto the body by hand. Each one takes only a few seconds, but repeating that twisting motion thousands of times creates unnecessary strain and discomfort. Our team developed a simple nylon fixture that fits into a drill and holds the dart tail. The drill now does the twisting instead of the operator's wrist. The result is approximately 40% faster assembly with dramatically less repetitive wrist motion. We're happy with the improvement, but it's far from finished!
