We keep printed drawings close at hand for quick reference on the shop floor. The original holder was organized and used visual management to make missing or misplaced binders obvious, but the fit was a little loose, and the open top let fabrication dust collect. One of our operators built a more precise holder, standardized the labels, and added a clear acrylic cover that protects the drawings while keeping them easy to access. Continuous improvement isn't always about fixing something that's broken.
