Hey folks, here's a simple improvement from our packaging line. Two sections of our roller track had originally been held together with plastic strapping. It kept everything roughly aligned, but if the line was bumped or pushed, the sections could move and boxes could begin travelling out of alignment. Our team fabricated a simple bracket in-house that bolts the two sections securely together. Now the roller track stays straight and stable, boxes travel where they're supposed to, and we've replaced a temporary solution with a proper standard. 👉 Subscribe for more practical Lean improvements and real-world manufacturing ideas.
