Our first improvement eliminated the need to separate fabric layers after cutting. By replacing small punched holes with triangular alignment notches, every fabric layer now separates cleanly, saving almost a minute on every swing tent. The second improvement combined two sewing operations into one. Instead of sewing a seam first and then adding the orange binding in a separate step, both operations are now completed simultaneously, saving another 50 seconds per tent. Neither improvement is revolutionary on its own. But together they remove nearly two minutes of unnecessary work from every product.
