I saw this in a dream. When I woke up, I knew I had to paint something pink. So I opened Facebook Marketplace... and within minutes, this beautiful Bassett French Provincial dresser appeared. Less than an hour later, it was sitting in my garage, ready for its transformation. This makeover took a lot more work than it looked. I repaired countless dents and dings, stripped the failing finish from the top, completed all of the prep work, and refinished the entire piece in my curated Champagne Blush color. The original brass hardware was revived using my hardware soup method, and every solid wood dovetail drawer was fully lined to give the finished piece that extra touch of quality. Sometimes the best projects aren't the ones you plan—they're the ones that find you.
