Currently Playing: Cabin Expansion & Foundation Repairs | 24 Hours on Our Remote Alaska Homestead

We need some more space in our cozy little cabin, so Dennis started into putting windows in the screen room. The foundation also is in need of repair, and we got it shored up a bit. The block heater in the firetruck kept throwing the breaker in the generator, so Dennis got it started up the old fashioned way, with a fire under the oil pan. Lena and I went for a quick bird hunt and gathered water to haul back to the cabin too! Campfire mac n cheese + spruce hens + wild mushrooms for dinner!
