Dennis brought home a grizzly to start off the hunting season. We smoked it, deboned the meat- now it's time to turn it into burgers and sausage. Small interior grizzlies like this one are delicous, and we are thankful to put in in the freezer. We talked about some of the most asked questions we got in the last video while we processed through the meat, then we packaged it up, and started packing for the next hunting trip The area Dennis was in was promising, with a big bull spotted the first morning he was there. We plan to head back, this time with a canoe to do some lake hopping. In between trips we worked with the pack horses a bit, and Wyatt and I went foraging. Pretty soon we will be heading out to another moose camp after this one, 40 miles round trip and into some remote country with the horses.
