Your May workout programming is the kickoff month of the community’s favorite program each year, our 90 Day Summertime Fine Challenge. In this month’s programming we kick the challenge off with a focus on your abs, your muscular endurance, and your cardiorespiratory endurance. All three of these foundational pieces of your journey will get us ready for all the ways we will get stronger, boost our metabolism, and reveal the body we’ve always wanted.
