In today's workout you have three rounds of 3 circuits with 3 exercises in each circuit. Each circuit will include an exercises that has a pause rep in it so make sure you are emphasizing the pause in the stretch or the extension exercise (chest fly, tricep kickbacks, single leg march outs) to really target your chest, triceps, and abs! Circuit style training is deigned to keep your muscles challenged and your heart rate up for longer so you get more out of the workout.
