Dug this little treasure up recently. I really liked the concept of Splicers, a tabletop RPG from Palladium. It did a nice job of flipping the usual dystopian scifi script on its head while at the same time throwing a million different concepts at players, as Palladium- style RPGs are often known to do. I don't mind it. I think it totally works here. But the real glue is the artwork that holds it all together. Charles Walton's art was the real star of the book for me. Lots of really nice line art and sketch work on display. If you enjoy these types of books or this particular genre, might be one worth hunting down! This one seems to not be on Amazon, at least from my searches, so you'll have to do some scrounging on eBay or game shops if it looks like something you'd be interested in! Good luck!
