Members have taken refuge mostly in Clay County, MO. Letters are flying back to Kirtland to determine what should be done. Section 101 shows the resolve to fight to get their lands back. Joseph is called to head the Camp of Israel, which is now known as Zion's Camp. They begin from this time to recruit men to march with Zion's Camp and start pulling funds to get the job done. Promises are made and 1833 ends with the marshaling of troops to defend themselves and balance the scales in the land of Zion.
