Joseph Smith and Sidney Rigdon travel to Canada and preach along the way to people in upper New York State. They are met with good experiences and some success. A warrant is sworn out to try and expel the Saints from their lands on the threat that they are too poor to function in that community. We also see many letters pleading the case of the cast out members from Missouri. Question fly on what to do and the leadership needs to make provisions so that these people will be cared for and secured in their homes. In all of this, we get the 100th canonized section of the Doctrine and Covenants.
