Joseph gives an interesting lesson on what the appropriate uses are of speaking in tongues, he organizes a standing high council to look after Church affairs, a process that will be repeated in all communities of the Latter-day Saints. Finally, we get section 106, a revelation to Oliver Cowdery's brother who has been with the Church a few months at this point.
