Over two days, Joseph Smith and others craft what we now call section 84 of the Doctrine and Covenants. We get a history of where the Priesthood has been and how it was passed down. We get something called the Oath and Covenant of the Priesthood. We get a glimpse into the care and protections of those who choose to serve. This is a training on what the Priesthood is, what the authority means, and how important the Priesthood is to the Church.
