Eagle 20's is a budget brand of cigarettes currently owned and produced by the Liggett Group, which today is a budget cigarette manufacturer. Honestly though, other than that, I know nothing about the history of the brand, nor when the nameplate was first introduced, but it's a budget product, so it isn't too much of a surprise that information is few and far between.
