Specifically, I had one of the Kentucky's Best Menthol Light cigarettes, with this pack having been made prior to 2010, making them 14 years old, with this pack being free of FSC compliance, which became a legal requirement in the United States in 2012, and since we see the word "Light" on the pack, and since that usage was banned under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act of 2009, which went into effect in 2010, we can say that this pack is a little older than not, to say the least. Kentucky's Best is a regional American budget brand of cigarettes that is currently owned and produced by the Farmer's Tobacco Company of Cynthiana, in of course, Kentucky, and is mainly sold within Kentucky and its surrounding states, not commonly being found elsewhere.
