At a local dhaba (roadside restaurant), you usually order each item separately instead of choosing a set meal. In this reel, I visit Balochi Dhaba and show you exactly how it works. You can order eggs (half fry or full fry), fresh paratha, chana (chickpeas), chai, or coffee, then mix and match your breakfast however you like. Once you know the system, it's simple, affordable, and one of the best ways to experience a traditional Pakistani breakfast. A typical order might be: 2 half-fry eggs, 1 paratha, and a cup of chai.
