This is the famous Dulhan Paratha (Bride Paratha), a unique breakfast served at Afzal Cafe in Hyderabad, Pakistan. Around 50 years ago, the café's owner created this extraordinary dish, taking inspiration from a traditional Pakistani wedding. Just like a bride is dressed in beautiful clothes and jewellery on her wedding day, the paratha is lavishly decorated with colourful toppings and loaded with rich ingredients, making it look as extravagant as it tastes. It starts with a freshly made paratha before being filled with mince and topped with shredded chicken, eggs, onions, cream, cashew nuts, ginger, beetroot, and a blend of spices. The result is one of Pakistan's most over-the-top breakfasts, packed with flavour in every bite. You can find the original Dulhan Paratha at Afzal Cafe in Shahi Bazaar, Hyderabad, Sindh, where it continues to be made today. At just Rs. 600 PKR, it's one of the most unique breakfasts I've tried anywhere in the world. Would you try the Bride Paratha?
