I love taking mismatched pieces and making them into a set. Although these look like they were exactly the same, they had different stain, slightly different drawer guides and were from different manufacturers. However, they had that same maple leaf detail and were very similar otherwise. I remove the details, did some repairs to the finish and filled the hardware holes, primed and painted in a custom sage green. I upcycled some vintage solid brass hardware from a previous project, they were perfect for this! And now this is a beautiful neutral green that would complement any decor. So fun!
