Total destruction of a vintage dresser before turning it into a modern beauty! This dresser went through a lot! This long 9 drawer Thomasville dresser was chosen from my inventory and customized. The client wanted the details removed, painted a beautiful beige with a stained top and gold hardware. Easy right? WRONG! The details came off kicking and screaming. So much destruction along the way. So, I had to cut new drawer fronts and apply them to each drawer. Prime, paint, strip, paintwash and stain the top. Whew!! Now this dresser is bright, beautiful and totally refreshed! What do you think of the transformation?
