In this The Last Caretaker guide video, I show the stat requirements for every council member and human type needed to complete the committees. After a lot of seed creation, memory spending, nutrition testing, and questionable baby engineering, I finally have almost all of the councils completed. This video is mainly for players who want to finish their councils before the next patch or before full release. I go through the human roles one by one and show the stats needed for each of them, including life expectancy, creativity, empathy, logic, strength, focus, discipline, wisdom, patience, leadership, communication, intellect, adaptability, and other requirements. I also talk about which memories and nutrition items you should save or spend. Some stats like empathy and strength become very important, while others like logic, adaptability, and communication may be easier to manage depending on how many special memories you still have. Plushies, ashen books, PCO items, legendary memories, and high-tier nutrition can make the late-game council grind much easier if you use them correctly. The video also explains why lower-tier humans can sometimes become harder to make near the end of the game. If you use items with too many extra stats, you can accidentally push a simple role into a completely different human type. So for roles like teacher, health assistant, door jammer, maintenance engineer, guard, station worker, nutrition handler, and other lower or mid-tier jobs, you need to be careful not to overfeed the wrong stats. For higher-tier roles like Guardian of Humanity, Quantum Physicist, Logistic High Command, Neural Architect, Biosphere Director, Sustenance Architect, Existential Chancellor, and other advanced council members, you will need stronger memories, better nutrition, and more careful stat planning. If you wasted too many memories on wrong humans, you may need to wait for a future patch that allows memory production, or eventually restart when version 1.0 releases. But right now, if you have explored most of the map and collected enough memories, the game gives you enough resources to complete every council.
