Chicken Kyiv / Kiev 2 Chicken Breast Fillets (Skinless and boneless) Four garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley 4 ounce of butter room temperature 2 cups Panko crumb One cup of flour Two beaten eggs 2 tablespoons of Parmesan optional Vegetable oil - in a 10 inch dismeter wok -  filled up to the 3 inch mark. Key pointers * 6-8 minutes frying turning once * the nick in the chicken must be made halfway from the top to the bottom of the thickest end of the chicken * refrigerate the chicken for two hours before frying Tips * air fryer 15 minutes 180c / 355f * try mince the garlic twice in a garlic crush / mincer * refrigerate the garlic butter until extremely firm Advice * Cut a piece of chicken off the end of the breast fillet at a slant to retain its natural shape * Don’t forget to dip in Panko twice to ensure a good sturdy coating * regular breadcrumbs are also suitable *** oil temperature needs to be no higher than 155c / 305f Please get in touch if you have any questions or any points you want clarifying I will get back to you as quick as I possibly can.
