Chicken Asparagus Ham Potato Pie The Casserole Dish is 22 cm x 22cm 600g Diced Chicken Thigh or Breast 1lb 6oz 300g Asparagus - Tips separated from Spear 12oz 1 Carrot 1 Onion 2 Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Teaspoon of each Dried Tarragon & Thyme 1 Tablespoon Chives ½ teaspoon Rosemary 2oz Butter 8oz Cooked Diced Ham or Bacon 20oz Chicken Stock 5oz Cream 5oz White Wine 3 Heaped or 6 level tbspns Flour to thicken Salt & Pepper 1.5 lbs Potatoes Mashed with Butter & S&P A sprinkle of Parmesan Oven bake for 30 to 40 minutes 180c / 355f Key Pointers 🔥Split the buds from the stalks Asparagus 🔥Cook out flour witu solids for a few minutes before adding liquid 🔥Any white wine is acceptable. Or add extra chicken stock if you prefer no alcohol.
