Fajita Chicken exactly as you see. I used six thighs, three mix bell peppers, 1.5lbs of potatoes - 3 tablespoons of fajita seasoning- lots of olive oil - a chunk of butter. A few chilled sliced and a couple of limes. Cheers 🍷
