Garlic Turmeric Mayo 375ml Neutral Oil Veg, Rapeseed, Peanut 125ml EV Olive Oil Juice of a lemon or 2 Tbspn White Wine / Cider Vinegar 2 or 3 egg yolks 2 Tspn Dijon Mustard 1 Minced Garlic Clove 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Salt to taste Use two or three tablespoons of water to loosen the mayo. All the water will do is make it less thick.It will still taste amazing because of how extremely rich it is in the beginning.
