Air Fryer Pork Steaks Creamy Dijon Mushroom Sauce Serves 2 2 x 8oz Pork Loin Steaks 4oz sliced Mushrooms 1 small finely chopped onion 1 minced clove of garlic 1 tbspn chopped parsley Pinch of dried thyme 2oz butter 4oz Dry White 8oz Cream 4oz Stock 1 heaped dessert spoon Dijon Mustard S&P and a spray of oil Key Pointers * preheat air fryer 3 to 5 minutes * spray and seasoned the pork before cooking * soften the onions in the butter but cook the mushrooms in the wine Advice * heavy or double cream is best * any dry white wine is fine * chicken or vegetable broth is perfect Tips * check internal temperature of pork 75c 145f * add a half teaspoon of cracked black pepper to oomph it up * if you use pork chops with the bone in add a total of four minutes to your total pork cooking time Any questions you have about the weights and temperatures and times please get in touch in the comment section and I will answer you as quick as I possibly can.
