Hey everyone 👋 Chicken & Mushroom Supreme Serves 3 - 4 1lb 4oz chicken breast cubed 1” pieces 8oz Mushrooms 1.5 Cups / 12oz Chicken Broth/Stock Half cup / 4oz Dry White Wine 1 Cup / 8oz Cream - Any is fine Light/Heavy/Single/Double 8 Level Tablespoons Flour (4oz) 4oz Butter 1 onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley 3 cloves minced garlic Salt Pepper Key pointers * if using breast try to slightly brown the pieces before reserving for 3 - 4 minutes only * if using thigh brown pieces for 8 minutes before reserving * return chicken pieces to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes only. Tips * substitute wine with apple juice or non-alcoholic wine if you prefer no booze * white mushroom are the best option for this dish * fresh parsley is better but if you have none use 1 teaspoon of dried * increase the vitamin C content of this dish by adding little florets of broccoli just before you simmer the dish at the end for 10 minutes.
