Luxury Cauliflower Cheese & Bacon 1 medium size cauliflower 6oz cooked bacon pieces 2 pieces of well cooked bacon for dust ½ cup of crispy onions - store bought 2oz cubed Gruyère or Gouda / Emmenthal 2 tbspns Parmesan Oil spray Cheese Sauce 240ml / 1 cup cream 240ml / 1 cup milk 8oz mature / sharp cheddar 220g 3oz Butter / 80g 2oz Flour /55g 2 tbspns chopped fresh chives - optional 1 teaspoon English Mustard Salt and white pepper Key Pointers 🔥Use the food processor to mix the well cooked bacon pieces until it turns to fine crumb.
